📋 Description

• Maintain and support core infrastructure systems with deep knowledge of Linux • Work close to the metal: BIOS, IPMI, RAID setups, and hardware-level diagnostics • Design and maintain scalable networks using VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Ansible, Bash/Python, and Git • Set up and manage observability stacks, including Prometheus/Grafana • Build tooling for server discovery, config auto-generation, automated OS deployments • Integrate internal and external APIs for resource tracking and allocation • Deploy and maintain virtualization and orchestration systems

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Metal-as-a-Service (MAAS) and bare-metal automation • Strong Linux background (Debian/Ubuntu preferred) • Experience managing large-scale on-prem and cloud-adjacent infrastructures • Autonomy, speed, and problem-solving skills • Startup or hyper-growth experience is a strong plus
