📋 Description

• Maintain and support core infrastructure systems • Work close to the metal: BIOS, IPMI, RAID setups • Design and maintain scalable networks • Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations • Set up and manage observability stacks • Build tooling for server discovery, config auto-generation • Integrate and develop internal APIs for tracking compute and GPU resources • Deploy and maintain virtualization and orchestration systems • Support container-based workloads

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Metal-as-a-Service (MAAS) and bare-metal automation • Strong Linux background • Experience managing large-scale on-prem and cloud-adjacent infrastructures • Autonomy, speed, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with BIOS, IPMI, RAID setups, and hardware-level diagnostics • Design scalable networks using VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs • Automate operations with Ansible, Bash/Python • Set up observability stacks with Prometheus/Grafana, Graylog, ELK, or Loki • Proven experience with OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware, and orchestration • Familiarity with firewall rules, access control, and security policies is a plus
