📋 Description

• Own and manage all paid digital channels: Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn (Sponsored Content, Conversation Ads). • Build and execute a digital marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, pipeline, and MQL volume. • Transition PPC from agency to in-house, improving flexibility and efficiency. • Develop new campaign concepts, testing plans, landing pages, and creative briefs. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to align campaigns to organizational priorities. • Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce. • Maintain strong organization of budgets, timelines, pacing, and campaign operations. • Stay current on trends, new ad formats, and competitive benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, B2B tech, SaaS, or agency/startup environments. • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (required). • Experience or familiarity with display/programmatic platforms (preferred). • Strong analytical skills and comfort owning dashboards, pacing, and performance reporting. • HubSpot and Salesforce experience (required). • Highly organized with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Self-starter with a “figure it out” mentality; thrives in evolving and fast-paced environments. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, SMEs, and leadership.
