📋 Description

• Manage, monitor, and optimize affiliate marketing programs. • Analyze performance reports, measure success, and provide actionable insights for improvement. • Address affiliate inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach. • Coordinate with internal teams and collaborate with other departments to enhance marketing efforts. • Utilize affiliate platforms and tools to track and optimize program performance. • Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with digital marketing strategies. • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners while strengthening existing relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and affiliate program management (preferably in the iGaming industry). • Analytical mindset with excellent reporting capabilities. • Goal-oriented and results-driven approach to work. • Advanced proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus). • Proactive, solution-focused, and innovative mindset. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Previous experience in the iGaming or performance marketing industry. • Understanding of data-driven marketing and performance analytics tools. • Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the affiliate space. • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments. • Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking platforms.
