📋 Description

• Ensure the continuous operation, backup, and configuration of operating systems, applications, and network infrastructure. • Maintain and manage systems with high availability to ensure uninterrupted service. • Perform regular Patch Management and scheduled health checks, generating detailed reports. • Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and capacity utilization, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively. • Manage remote systems to ensure 24/7 availability and performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported through the request system, ensuring timely resolution. • Continuously monitor and maintain firewall configurations, system security policies, and data protection measures. • Plan, implement, and optimize backup and disaster recovery strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and infrastructure upgrades. • Ensure proper documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration and IT support roles. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network systems, Windows operating systems, server hardware, and firewalls. • Hands-on experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and public DNS systems. • Proficiency in VMware virtualization setup, administration, and optimization. • Expertise in backup and data recovery solutions. • Experience with high-availability architectures and 24/7 system operations. • Strong knowledge of storage management and optimization. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends. • Possession of IT certifications (MCP/MCSE/MCSA, CCNA, etc.) or relevant training. • Proficiency in English for effective communication with international teams. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with IT monitoring and reporting tools. • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. • Experience in IT project management and process improvement.
