📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team covering SEO, digital campaigns, social media, branding, affiliate partnerships, and design • Oversee brand strategy and ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints • Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing performance and identify new opportunities • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives • Collaborate with IT and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals • Track KPIs and performance metrics, report results to executive leadership, and continuously improve based on data insights • Develop partnerships and manage affiliate marketing strategies to expand reach and drive conversion • Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership or director role • Background in technology or ecommerce industries • Demonstrated success in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies • Deep knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social), branding, and analytics • Experience leading high-performing marketing teams across diverse disciplines • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities • Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred) • Professional certifications in marketing, branding, or digital advertising (preferred) • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar (preferred) • Experience working in remote-first and fast-paced digital environments (preferred) • Proven track record in scaling brand presence and performance in global markets (preferred)
