• Develop, implement, and align people and culture strategies with overall business goals and vision • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives • Champion and drive the evolution of company culture, values, and mission through intentional programs and leadership alignment • Design and oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, compensation, and benefits programs • Foster a high-performing, feedback-driven work environment through employee engagement and recognition programs • Guide organizational design and structure to ensure scalability, efficiency, and role clarity • Monitor and manage employee lifecycle metrics and people analytics to support data-informed decision making • Support leadership and department heads in team building, conflict resolution, coaching, and succession planning • Oversee HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards • Develop and mentor HR team members to enhance capability and performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles in technology and/or ecommerce sectors • Proven experience in organizational development, strategic workforce planning, and leading transformational change • Deep knowledge of HR best practices in talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and total rewards • Strong leadership, influence, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels • Experience in managing culture transformation and aligning people strategies with business priorities • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities • Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (preferred) • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or similar) (preferred) • Familiarity with agile HR practices, digital HR tools, and remote-first work environments (preferred) • Demonstrated passion for people and culture innovation, with a track record of implementing progressive and scalable HR solutions (preferred) • Experience in coaching and leadership development at executive levels (preferred)
