• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of product or project management experience within a marketing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Background in technology or ecommerce industries • Demonstrated success in launching and optimizing marketing campaigns, tools, or systems • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, user experience, monetization models, and retention strategies • Proficiency in campaign tracking, data analysis, A/B testing, and interpreting user behavior metrics • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills • Experience in process management and optimization based on data and feedback • Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
