Ensure all solutions adhere to company security standards, governance policies, and high availability requirements. • Team Collaboration & Scrum: • - Scrum Participation: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) as a dedicated member of the automation team. • - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) from IT Operations, Finance, Security, and other departments to gather requirements, map existing manual processes, and validate implemented automation solutions. • - Process Intelligence (PIA): Utilize PIA insights and data to prioritize automation opportunities, define project scope, and measure the realized business value (e.g., time saved, error reduction) post-implementation. • Tool Management & Maintenance: • - Tool Expertise: Serve as a technical expert on the core automation platforms (PIA, Power Automate), staying current with new features, integration capabilities, and best practices. • - Maintenance & Support: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing automation workflows and scripts. Own the technical debt reduction and continuous improvement of deployed solutions. • - Reusable Components: Develop and maintain a library of reusable automation components, templates, and functions to accelerate future development efforts. • Additional Responsibilities: • - Stand-up and Scrum Ceremony attendance. • - Consult with Automation Scrum Master on scrum improvements. • - Collaborate with other scrum team members to achieve sprint objectives.

🎯 Requirements
