Description

• Coordinate with Cyber Defense resources and teams • Manage updates of cybersecurity solutions • Perform system administration on cyber defense applications • Assist in protecting critical cyber defense resources • Collaborate to design and establish penetration testing program • Execute penetration tests simulating real-world attacks • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing test results

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in securing IT systems • 3 years of direct cybersecurity experience • 2 years of experience securing or utilizing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols • Understanding of scripting and coding techniques (e.g., Python, JSON, APIs) • Awareness of cyber threats and vulnerability management • Proficiency in data backup and recovery • Experience with email security filtering • Grasp of cybersecurity and privacy principles • Expertise in VPN security • Comprehension of security architecture concepts • Insight into identity and access management concepts • Familiarity with pen testing tools and best practices • Understanding of system, network, and OS hardening techniques • Experience with security logging for on-premise and cloud platforms • Knowledge of IDS/IPS, DLP, CASB, and SWG • Proficiency in endpoint protection and management • Desired Certifications: CISSP, SANS/GIAC, CISM, CISA
