📋 Description

• Build and deploy AI agents and reusable workflows • Integrate AI agents with internal systems and data sources • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AI agents, workflows, and data connectors • Evaluate performance and quality of AI-generated results • Analyze logs and system data to build predictive maintenance and alerting solutions • Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders across the company • Translate business needs into reliable AI-driven solutions • Explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve processes with AI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 4+ years of professional experience in software development • Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality • Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks and designing multi-step agent workflows in production environments • Strong backend development skills (C#/.NET preferred; JavaScript, Python, or another programming language) • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, including authentication mechanisms (OAuth2) and webhook-based integrations • Experience with web technologies Angular and React is a plus • Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure • Familiarity with Vector DB’s • Experience with automation platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n) is a plus • Knowledge in building custom connectors and integrating enterprise systems is a plus • Practical experience with AI augmented coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and work independently with minimal guidance • Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new tools, frameworks, and concepts in a practical, results-driven manner
