📋 Description

• Own & execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit. • Manage daily posting for the company page and support executive brand-building efforts (CEO/leadership). • Engage with prospects & industry leaders in comments, groups, Twitter threads, and Reddit discussions. • Repurpose blog content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces into engaging social media posts. • Coordinate with the content & design team to create visuals, carousels, and short-form content. • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions to drive conversations and brand trust. • Track key social KPIs (engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversions) and optimize based on insights. • Collaborate with the paid media team to amplify high-performing organic content. • Stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep our strategy ahead of the curve • Experiment with new formats (polls, video snippets, carousels, memes, interactive content). • Build our Reddit presence by engaging in industry subreddits and contributing valuable insights. • Support campaign launches with creative social storytelling that connects with our target audience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing B2B social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit). • Strong writing skills, you must craft posts, comments, and responses without a dedicated copywriter. • Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and platform algorithms. • Experience repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form content. • Analytical mindset, comfortable tracking performance and optimizing based on data. • Experience engaging in industry conversations & thought leadership initiatives. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with content, paid media, and sales teams. • Fast communicator, we move quickly, and we need someone who can keep up.
