🎯 Requirements

• Organized and process-driven. • High attention to detail. • C1 or C2 native or fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Engaging personality, comfortable speaking to candidates from various backgrounds and levels of experience. • Driven, self-starter personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Result-Driven and able to analyze and improve performance. • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and growth trajectory. • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably hiring for marketing, digital, or agency roles. • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or Pro, Boolean searches and proactive outreach. • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively. • Familiarity with US and international hiring standards.
