📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend services in C# • Build integrations with partner and banking APIs • Automate internal operations and reconciliation processes • Contribute to functional and technical requirements definition • Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to optimize financial workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development using C# / .NET • Proven experience in FinTech systems — core banking, remittance platforms, payment processing • Strong understanding of money movement, reconciliation, and transaction workflows • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs , partner/banking integrations, and financial automation • Solid knowledge of SQL databases and experience with data consistency/reconciliation logic • Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services and API-based architectures • Understanding of security and compliance related to financial data exchange • Ability to define and document functional and technical requirements • Experience collaborating with business and operations teams to improve financial processes • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset • English B2+
