• Adjudicating claims and accurately receiving and assessing new losses • Documenting and investigating claims while maintaining customer service • Authorizing claims and answering a high volume of inbound calls • Processing and completing all paperwork according to established procedures • Delivering professional service on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage • Performing other job duties as assigned
• 1 year minimum experience using "StoneEagle" menu and administration software • 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Writer/Advisor • Experience using various modern computer systems, software applications, and communication tools • Demonstrated experience in resolving conflict and creating customer satisfaction in difficult situations • Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center or similar environment is strongly preferred • Minimum of a high school diploma; some college education preferred.
