• Serve as a resource for core leaders and caregivers facing employee relations matters • Utilize best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards and align actions with findings • Conduct employee relations and labor relations research, identify trends and patterns, and critical intervention needs • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
• 2 years Professional human resources experience in similar role • 2 years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence • 3 years Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in 'concierge' style environment • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field (Preferred) • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (Preferred) • 1 year Additional experience in the area of Labor Relations, and specialty areas of HR Service Center, Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, and/or Performance Management (Preferred) • 2 years Experience working in multi-state/healthcare environment (Preferred)
