📋 Description

• Serve as a resource for core leaders and caregivers facing employee relations matters • Utilize best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements • Conduct employee relations research, identifying trends and patterns, and critical intervention needs • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting findings to HR professionals • Support labor relations research and policy development

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years Professional human resources experience in similar role • 2 years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence • 3 years Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in 'concierge' style environment • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire preferred • 1 year Additional experience in Labor Relations, and specialty areas of HR Service Center preferred • 2 years Experience working in multi-state/healthcare environment preferred
