📋 Description

• Prepare status reports, executive materials and project documentation; • Review proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to requirements and identifying technical and functional improvements; • Assess individual and team performance, contributing to continuous improvement actions; • Conduct detailed requirements analysis and support the definition of solutions aligned with the client’s business; • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure consistency between needs, the solution and feasibility; • Serve as a point of contact for matters related to understanding the business and the client context; • Assist in crisis management, seeking quick and effective solutions in critical or unforeseen situations; • Participate in agile ceremonies and support Scrum practices and project management; • Contribute to the evolution of solutions involving AI, chatbots, machine learning and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Business Analysis; • Experience in Requirements Analysis; • Knowledge of Systems Analysis; • Experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions; • Experience with Chatbots; • Practice with agile methodologies; • Basic understanding of Machine Learning.
