• Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions. • Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. • Client Collaboration : Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. • Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams. • Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in clinical trials is a must • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity. • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be a fluent English and Russian • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
