• Work as a well-rounded HR professional helping PSI streamline onboarding and training for clinical research professionals • Support all personnel-related matters • Partner with Country Management and work closely with colleagues and counterparts from other offices • Responsible for full cycle onboarding and offboarding of staff • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations • Administer employee benefits and manage vendor’s selection and billing process • Conduct and review employee surveys • Coordinate local/regional meetings and events • Assist with employment-related inquiries and requests • Provide monthly information for payroll calculations • Organize and conduct induction training of Operations staff
• College or university degree in HR or a related field • At least one year of experience in HR activities, preferably in an international company • Knowledge of general human resources practices • Full working proficiency in Portuguese, English & Spanish • Industry experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech is a plus • PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Communication, presentation and collaboration skills • Ability to work in international environment and build relationships at all levels
