Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. • Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Implement security and data protection measures. • Create reusable code and libraries for future use. • Provide technical leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of our backend architecture. • Lead by example. Promote a culture of egoless learning and participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • An understanding or desire to work in Golang • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines
