📋 Description

• Define and evolve the vision for Pulumi’s IaC platform, partnering closely with engineering leadership to drive roadmap execution. • Lead product discovery, customer research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation across cloud engineering workflows. • Work with Engineering and UX to design and deliver delightful, high-impact developer experiences across the Pulumi CLI, SDKs, and Automation API. • Translate complex technical problems into simple, elegant product solutions grounded in customer needs. • Drive end-to-end product delivery from idea to GA and adoption by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Support, and the open-source community. • Instrument product experiences, define success metrics, analyze usage, and feed insights directly into roadmap decisions. • Advocate for high-quality, secure, scalable experiences that support developers at startups through large enterprises.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical program management. • Experience building developer tools or platforms (CLI, SDKs, APIs, infrastructure products). • Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud technologies (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, cloud APIs). • Strong technical instincts with the ability to work closely with senior engineers and reason about architectural tradeoffs. Proven ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains and form strong product opinions. • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products in ambiguous or complex problem spaces. • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support in a product-led growth environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A commitment to building inclusive, collaborative teams.
