Description
• Lead and nurture a high-performing sales team • Drive revenue growth and market expansion • Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Establish and track high impact KPIs • Conduct ride-alongs with the field sales team • Achieve sales goals and objectives • Provide accurate reports on performance and trends • Mentor and coach team members • Support standardized business planning process • Set and track impactful OKRs • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments • Assist with strategic projects as needed
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in managing a field-based sales team • 3+ years of sales management experience • Strong leadership and coaching skills • Experience using CRM-based tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 30 days • Undergraduate degree • Ability to travel up to 75% • Bonus points for Animal Health or Veterinary Industry experience, Insurtech or Healthcare experience, and having an Active Property & Casualty Producer License
