• Mainstream Unstructured Data knowledge, including enablement projects to better equip the field to have relevant conversations with customers and prospects • Participate in customer facing calls, demos, POCs, EBCs, QBRs, internal strategy/sizing sessions, and other related solution-focused activities • Webinars/Events/Workshops presentations including internal and external content with Alliance Partners, Channel Partners, Vendors, etc. • Solutions Roadmap participation/influence, daily conversations with Solutions Architects and Product Management about field impact, deals, and feedback from the field on existing solutions, etc. • Stay abreast of advancements in both internal product offerings and external partner offerings as well as our competitors’ offerings • Frequent Slack presence and activity, helping to drive customer/opportunity influence • Create field facing solutions content (Technical Walkthroughs, Deep Dives, Qualification Guides, etc.) for specific solutions around Unstructured Data (file and object) and common use-cases • Partner with Sales & SE Leaders for two-way feedback and communication, related to unstructured data sales motions • Be a beacon of positivity capable of inspiring and motivating the field to reach higher levels of success and attracting customers to adopt Pure Storage technology • High degree of cross-functional engagement with other GTM and corporate functions • Communicate, connect, and align people within the direct team and develop internal relationships across Pure Storage
• Proficient in SMB, NFS, Object storage, file protocols, TCP/IP networking, NAS, and enterprise datacenter design. • Deep expertise in unstructured data, including legacy challenges, key use cases, solution areas, innovation trends, and industry direction. • 10+ years of IT and cloud infrastructure experience across compute, storage, networking, cloud, business continuity, and performance. • Expert in NAS architecture, design, and solution development for enterprise environments. • Strong customer-centric mindset focused on solving challenges and delivering meaningful business outcomes. • Experienced in designing and supporting data architectures for large enterprises. • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and apply innovative, creative thinking. • Exceptional content creation, public speaking, technical training, and presentation skills. • Passionate about learning, teaching, mentoring, and coaching team members. • Highly collaborative, able to partner across organizations—including sales and alliances—to deliver compelling technical messaging. • Effective communicator capable of engaging constructively with leadership, peers, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. • Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and experience operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving technology environments. • Able to generate differentiated, proactive ideas that support solution adoption and drive sales outcomes.
