• Location: Remote (Full Time, PST work hours after initial training) • About Us: We are a rapidly growing Amazon-focused supplement brand with a global customer base. Our products are gated, and we must navigate complex inventory cycles and Amazon’s evolving warehouse storage policies. We value team members who are proactive, adaptable, and hungry for continuous learning. • Position Overview: We are seeking an Inventory Manager who excels in forecasting, critical thinking, and problem-solving within the Amazon ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning to ensure adequate stock levels while avoiding overstock or expirations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Amazon’s inventory constraints, third-party logistics, and will use AI-driven tools (such as Conative AI) to optimize our reorder timelines. • During the first 1-2 weeks, you’ll train on Philippine time (with our existing team), then transition to a PST schedule to align with our core operations. • Key Responsibilities: • Forecasting & Reordering: Use Conative AI and other analytical tools to accurately predict inventory needs. • Inventory Monitoring & Control: Manage and track stock levels across multiple locations: Amazon FBA warehouses, third-party storage, and manufacturer sites. • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of products. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze historical sales, seasonal trends, and marketing forecasts to refine inventory strategies. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align inventory goals with promotional activities and budget constraints. • Continuous Improvement: Explore new tools, best practices, and industry trends to streamline inventory management and forecasting.
• Experience: • 2+ years in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management, preferably within an eCommerce or Amazon-focused brand. • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and forecasting. • Experience with (or willingness to learn) AI-driven tools such as Conative AI. • Familiarity with project management or inventory management software is a plus. • Soft Skills: • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. • A self-starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
