β€’ At Puzzle, we’re fundamentally reimagining account software. β€’ Our platform integrates with modern fintech tools for real-time financial insights. β€’ We empower businesses with seamless financial operations and automated insights. β€’ Looking for a Group Product Manager, Partnerships to scale our partner ecosystem. β€’ You will drive our product partnership strategy with key partners like financial institutions and payment processors. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure partnerships drive customer value. β€’ Shape the integration vision and processes for partnerships. β€’ Define and own the product roadmap for third-party integrations. β€’ Identify and prioritize potential partners that align with our goals. β€’ Build frameworks for assessing and managing integrations. β€’ Develop concepts and wireframes to enhance partner engagement. β€’ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnerships. β€’ Develop processes for efficient partner integrations, ensuring compliance and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. β€’ Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships and integrations in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment. β€’ Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and technical partnerships. β€’ Strong understanding of financial technology, accounting software, payments, or adjacent industries. β€’ Ability to define and drive product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams. β€’ Experience negotiating and structuring partnership deals. β€’ Strong ability to analyze business opportunities and align them with product strategy. β€’ Data-driven decision-making with experience setting KPIs and measuring impact. β€’ Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate product and partnership strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Proven track record in relationship-building, with experience fostering strong connections with partners and internal teams across the organization. β€’ Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with ability to approach integration challenges resourcefully and proactively. β€’ Strong execution focus with proven project management skills and experience driving initiatives from ideation through launch. β€’ Customer-centric approach with demonstrated passion for delivering value through seamless partner experiences. β€’ Experience in team leadership, including track record of successfully mentoring and managing product managers and cross-functional teams.
