📋 Description

• Gather and analyze requirements from Product and stakeholders with a strong focus on technical implications, constraints, and system impact • Convert business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, system rules, use cases, data flows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria • Break down complex workflows and identify dependencies between teams, services, and components • Analyze current system architecture, APIs, integrations, and external documentation to ensure feasibility and completeness • Participate in root-cause analysis of bugs and issues to support development and QA teams • Maintain structured and up-to-date system documentation for web and mobile flows • Refine backlog items together with Product and Engineering to ensure scope is estimable, clear, and technically sound • Facilitate cross-functional alignment through workshops, grooming sessions, live/async estimations, and feature demos • Support QA teams in understanding business logic and defining relevant test cases • Perform desk checks with developers to validate system behavior before QA and production releases • Participate in production acceptance testing and ensure technical accuracy of final deliverables • Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to CS, Product, and other squads on system changes • Proactively propose improvements to workflows, functional consistency, and overall system clarity • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the client's product and all relevant systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Technical/System Analyst, Product Manager, Business Analyst with technical focus, or similar role in software development • Deep understanding of how web and mobile applications function: workflows, integrations, architecture basics, dependencies, and constraints • Strong ability to break down business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications • Experience with user stories, use cases, BPMN-style diagrams, edge cases, and acceptance criteria • Proven ability to collaborate with developers and QAs on clarifying logic, identifying gaps, and validating system behavior • Familiarity with APIs, integration points, data flow concepts, and system interoperability • Experience working with multi-team product environments (Product, Engineering, QA, CS, etc.) • Excellent communication, structured thinking, and documentation skills • Comfort presenting features, requirements, and logic to both technical and non-technical audiences
