📋 Description

• Responsible for driving growth and expanding our footprint within key accounts in the utility and energy sector • Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth, accelerate innovation, and build long-term strategic partnerships across the energy and utilities ecosystem • Lead and manage the full sales cycle for utility-sector clients, from prospecting through contract negotiation • Build, strengthen, and expand executive-level relationships (C-Suite, VP, Director) across utility organizations • Develop and execute a strategic account growth plan, aligning Quantiphi’s solutions with client priorities and long-term business objectives • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities by positioning Quantiphi’s AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud capabilities • Shape Quantiphi’s utilities go-to-market strategy, including solution offerings, packaged accelerators, technical enablement, and market engagement programs • Conduct collaborative ideation and strategy workshops with client stakeholders and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Deep expertise in the utility industry, with experience working with leading insurance enterprises or solution providers • Proven track record in selling, delivering, and managing AI, data analytics, and cloud solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure, or Oracle) within the utility or energy space • Strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and business development • Experience managing contractual lifecycles, including negotiating MSAs, SoWs, and pricing models • Exceptional executive-level engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage an account end-to-end, including sales, delivery oversight, and team coordination • Willingness to travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events — up to 50%
