Description

• Develop and maintain current and new software applications used to improve the operation of all of our teams at QuestBridge in our work with students, partners, and educators • Collaborate across all QuestBridge teams to identify opportunities for automation and more efficient use of technology in operations • Manage relationship between IT support provider and team members • Manage network server services • Strong belief in the goals and mission of QuestBridge • Exceptional attention to detail but able to maintain focus on the larger picture • Strong work ethic, with an intense drive to reach goals and contribute to the success of the organization • Entrepreneurial, creative, dynamic • Energized by working with a revenue-generating social venture in an expansion phase

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, quantitative field, or equivalent experience. MS preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience and 3 years in a management role • Demonstrated experience working in a centralized role that requires collaboration with many teams across a given organization • Demonstrated experience with Python and SQL • Experience using CRM platforms and applications preferred. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain focus on the larger picture • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish (organizing bandwidth, workflows, and multiple deliverables for on-time delivery) in a fast-paced environment
