Description

• Leverage data to build key insights for business, product and tech stakeholders • Automate insights generation to increase speed of decision making • Plan, execute and analyze key A/B tests on customers and vendors experience • Own strategy and development of daily, weekly and monthly dashboard for reporting within the Returns team as well as to Quince’s leadership • Prototype models for ad hoc analysis • Prototype models to improve Quince’s customers and vendors experience • Perform ad hoc monitoring and investigation into data and reporting issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics) • 5-7 years relevant experience in data analytics or data science, preferably with a focus on marketplaces or logistics • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business and product insights • Strong proficiency in SQL • Strong proficiency in Python statistical packages preferred or similar language • Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate across business areas and with leadership • Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple threads of work in a fast paced environment • Strong personal work ethic, including personal initiative and ownership • Preferred: Eastern Time Zone
