• Consult with clients to understand business goals and technical requirements. • Facilitate strategy sessions to create collaborative solutions. • Design and build solutions using Microsoft technologies like SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams. • Lead migration efforts for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other M365 services. • Document Modern Work strategies and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-8 years full life cycle Microsoft SharePoint/O365 implementation, upgrade, migration and deployment experience. • Consulting experience with M365 Governance and Compliance (labeling, retention, governance policies) best practices • Knowledge of current M365 and Azure services and standards including SharePoint Framework, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Teams and Dataverse for Teams • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • A promoter of trust and teamwork and a customer-focused mindset • Ability to effectively engage and influence business stakeholders • Ability to take ownership of assignments to accomplish goals, handle multiple work streams • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while managing to deadlines • Strong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skills • Innovative thinker with a desire and aptitude to always be learning and adapt to new concepts • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
