Description

• Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic internal communications plan. • Establishes and maintains a communications strategy specific to assigned business unit. • Works with leaders to create key messages and communications campaigns. • Develops, writes, edits and produces communications for internal audiences. • Determines appropriate communications outlets and styles to deliver messages. • Develops, cultivates and maintains internal communications channels. • Coordinates internal communication events. • Collaborates with employees to establish consistent communications messages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field required. • At least 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate communications, including extensive experience resolving internal communications challenges required. • Demonstrated experience in independently developing and leading significant communications campaigns • Location in Central or Eastern time zone due to the global nature of this role preferred. • Travel up to 25%.
