β€’ Attract and retain top-performing real estate professionals driving $50M in additional total annual production each month β€’ Partner with business unit leaders and senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners β€’ Conduct targeted outreach campaigns through various channels, including social media, email, phone, and in-person meetings β€’ Manage the sales process, including conducting presentations, product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals β€’ Build and maintain relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners across multiple regions β€’ Network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices β€’ Provide regular reporting on sales metrics to senior leadership team

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field β€’ 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the real estate industry β€’ Proven track record of successfully achieving quotas and targets set by the company β€’ Proven track record with product led enterprise sales β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
