Description

• Identify and interact with leads via phone, email, SMS, automated digital campaigns, mini product demos, etc. • Serves as initiator for each potential sales opportunity • Works closely with members of the sales team • Set realistic, daily goals and manage a leads pipeline • Consistently collects, inputs and updates information into the CRM software • Generate lead activity that contributes toward achieving annual sales goals • Ability to meet/exceed daily contact goals • Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals for the role • Consistent Quality/Quantity Engagements with leads and prospects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a similar role • Experience working with B2B Software companies (preferably in a healthcare or technology field) • Previous sales or cold calling experience • Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in a lead-generation/lead-nurturing role in a growth/tech industry • Up-to-date knowledge of and experience using automated lead nurturing platforms (SFDC, Pardot preferred) • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent customer/client service skills • Must maintain a professional and neat physical, as well as, virtual appearance • Must be a self-starter, self-directed and able to work independently as well as part of a team • General computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Salesforce.com
