📋 Description

• Schedule and organize calls with clients and stakeholders via email or phone. • Send one-to-many communications to clients, following guidance from the coordination team. • Call clients who need to change their support channel. • Update contact information in the Gainsight system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines; • Analytical ability to monitor and interpret operational data; • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); • Adaptive communication skills to interact with different customer profiles and internal teams; • Proactivity and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
