📋 Description

• Upload creatives to Meta Ads • Check formats, naming conventions, and consistency • Create simple campaigns following our internal SOPs • Adjust budgets, activate/deactivate ads, apply basic rules • Report inconsistencies or delivery issues • Export Business Manager data (CPA, ROAS, MER…) • Verify data consistency and identify anomalies • Keep dashboards up to date according to our templates • Produce short analyses to support decision-making • Prepare notes, summaries, and reports for the board • Help organize slides or client documents • Contribute to occasional growth micro-projects as needed, depending on your level

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience using Meta Business Manager (even basic) • Proficient in Google Sheets: filters, sorting, basic formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIF…) • Understand or be willing to quickly learn metrics: CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR • Extremely meticulous: zero tolerance for errors in names, formats, and exports • Comfortable with Notion, Slack, and structured working environments • Enjoy executing tasks cleanly and learning the “why” behind actions • Be autonomous, reliable, and able to escalate issues promptly • Interested in progressing to an Assistant Media Buyer role
