📋 Description

• Manage the existing team responsible for operations related to Specialty Services programs • Lead the team’s efforts in developing project plans for the business owner and manage the department’s financial data in collaboration with Finance and the respective client, including budget management • Responsible for day-to-day client management • Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions • Make recommendations for the development of long-term strategies • Present strategic and operational plans for the development of key business units, ongoing growth, and the company’s continued profitability • Serve as the primary lead in establishing and assigning proper implementation of account management • Evaluate and develop improvement plans for the management and operations of Specialty Services • Lead the drafting of proposals, contracts, client presentations, and pricing • Establish business plans, objectives, and implementation strategies for integrated programs operating within Specialty Services, including process flows, organizational structure, budget, resource allocation, and tracking productivity and improvements • Responsible for talent management, team motivation, and career development strategies • Responsible for reporting all adverse events to the appropriate departments

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field • Extensive knowledge and training required in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or similar disciplines • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience required • At least 5 years in a progressive management role • Minimum experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality; operational policies and processes • Understanding of technology orientation, trends, and their strategic business impact on key client initiatives • Dynamic leader who can motivate multidisciplinary teams to learn and apply new skills and/or techniques to meet business needs • Knowledge of full-service call center program operations is an asset
