📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align solutions with business initiatives and improve processes by understanding and controlling variation. • Review proposals for process improvement and gap analyses between current processes and the desired state, design complex new processes and lead transition planning. • Contribute to the business unit process engineering plan and integrate it with the corporate plan. • Contribute to large, complex projects that have enterprise-wide impact and require subject matter expertise of multiple process improvement areas and mastery of process improvement tools. • Participate in continuous review and updates to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions to develop short- and long-term system plans. • Serve as senior advisor and participant in planning and prioritization for business process engineering-related activities. • Apply industrial engineering principles to design and recommend efficient layout configurations for distribution facilities based on available space and operational needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Business, engineering, or related field • Minimum 7-10 years of related experience • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities; effectively analyze problems and recommend appropriate solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications preferred • Must demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management and business systems requirements definition • Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment • Skilled in analyzing complex data, diagnosing issues, and proposing thoughtful, strategic solutions • Experience designing lean processes and efficient workflows • Ability to travel up to 20%, as business needs arise
