📋 Description

• Develop and implement models and simulations that leverage statistics, data science, and machine learning technologies without our brokerage, that impact metrics, and streamline network operations • Identify new opportunities to drive business impact through data exploration and collaboration with key stakeholders • Conduct a root cause analysis to identify the key drivers influencing operational performance and variance in outcomes • Develop and optimize MLOps pipelines for speed, reliability, and observability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and product teams, to gather inputs, assumptions, and understand business processes along the way

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience applying Machine Learning/MLOps to solve business problems • Proficient in leveraging Azure or AWS to deploy scalable machine learning algorithms into production • Hands-on experience with open-source languages and tooling for large-scale ML (e.g., Ray, Flink, Feast) • Experience working with Data Warehouses and ETL pipelines (e.g., Redshift, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow) • Strong Python and SQL skills • Experience with Data Science and/or Machine Learning in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or a similar space is a plus • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders is a plus.
