• Develop a consistent tone of voice for Reedsy across multiple channels; • Own and evolve our brand guidelines; • Help onboard writers to ensure consistency across every channel; • Write copy for our landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, newsletters and social media posts; • Come up with new creative ideas to convert our traffic; • Review copy performance (open rates, click-through, conversions) and use those learnings to sharpen future work; • Work closely with a team of content creators (writers, illustrators, animators, and YouTubers) on ad and modal copy, graphic assets, storyboards and video scripts; • Bring a high standard to your own copy and honest, useful feedback to everyone else's.
• Native-level English speaker • Experience creating conversion copy for large-scale campaigns at a fast-growth startup • A varied portfolio of copy, from short form to long form • Ability to write with range, from playful campaign headlines to technical writing concepts • Proven experience shaping brand guidelines and tone of voice • Familiarity with the publishing industry and writing craft concepts • Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization and A/B testing • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
