🎯 Requirements

•10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, preferably with a land-and-expand strategy. •A hunter’s mindset combined with a farmer’s ability to nurture long-term customer relationships. •Eagerness to learn and adapt within the agriculture and agtech sectors. •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience closing six-figure deals in complex sales cycles (90+ days). •Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus. •Agriculture or agtech experience is an advantage but not required.
