🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in hiring strong teams and fostering the growth of team members. • Demonstrable experience in delivering complex software to customers. • Strong system design toolkit (it’ll look different for everyone!). • Strong and nuanced understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle. • Strong opinions on what high performance looks like and experience implementing them. • Background in software engineering, ideally at the senior level. • Experience within our stack: Python, Go, React, MySQL/Postgres. • Experience working directly with customers. • Excellent English language presentation and communication skills.
