• You will work closely with the Account Executives (m/f/*) and Account Managers (m/f/*) to close new business and maximize business value with both new and existing RELEX clients in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The position involves some travel to client workshops. • You will support new customer acquisition by ensuring that potential customers understand the business benefits of working with RELEX and build confidence in the RELEX software and the team's capability. • You will conduct workshops to understand the customer's strategic goals and current challenges. • Convince customers by presenting the business case using real customer data. • You will help the client understand how they can realize business value with RELEX by applying best practices and presenting customer case studies. • You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the quality of formal responses to RFIs, RFPs, etc. • You will learn everything you need to know about our software during the onboarding process.
• You have a customer-centric view and a genuine interest in helping our customers improve their businesses. • You are curious and eager to learn in order to improve both our customers' businesses and our sales efficiency and effectiveness. • You work autonomously and independently with a can-do attitude. • You are always attentive to the needs of our customers and know how to use your communication in a targeted manner. • You know how to inspire customers and maintain a positive attitude even in difficult situations. • You have in-depth knowledge of processes in the retail and wholesale or CPG/FMCG industry. • You have knowledge of or experience with software in the areas of supply chain planning, assortment and space planning, pricing or workforce optimization, which can be an advantage. • You have an analytical mindset and are passionate about solving retailers' individual business challenges. • You speak fluent German and English.
