📋 Description
• Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships • Act as a key point of contact for non-technical client queries • Assist with account review meetings • Maintain accurate client records • Provide general administrative and operational support • Assist with procurement of hardware • Liaise with suppliers and distributors • Arrange courier shipments • Collaborate with internal departments • Develop a strong understanding of the organisation’s technology services
