📋 Description

• Manage, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs; manage social media groups • Help grow accounts through consistent posting, engagement, and basic best practices • Create thumbnails, simple graphics, carousel covers, and basic social media assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools • Do light video edits, add captions, resize, and repurpose longer content into short-form clips using CapCut, Opus Clip, Canva, or similar tools • Upload and optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, playlists) • Research content ideas using vidIQ, YouTube search, competitor analysis, and AI tools • Track post performance, content metrics, and basic marketing numbers • Support email campaigns, webinar setup, and follow-up activities • Prospect and follow up with contacts via LinkedIn; assist with lead management and call scheduling • Support Go High Level automations and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• **Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal** • Proven experience managing social media accounts • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Opus Clip, or similar tools • Basic video editing skills; comfort with short-form content creation • Solid admin and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Proactive, independent, and resourceful; able to solve problems without constant direction • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support daily workflows • Experience with Go High Level is a plus • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) are a plus but not required
