β€’ Execute monthly and quarterly sales forecasting - support sales leadership with data and analysis that improves forecast accuracy. β€’ Provide month-end metrics & analysis including identifying and helping to correct any errors and identifying trends. β€’ Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment. β€’ Provide recommendations for improvements in reports and operational processes. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the pipeline data in CRM is accurate and timely. β€’ Update and maintain master data including account ownership with heavy collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer. β€’ Become an expert in how our revenue and pipeline data is captured, how it ties to underlying business processes, and how it impacts key metrics and reports.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree β€’ 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, or a similar role. β€’ 3+ years working within a CRM system, such as Hubspot, SalesForce, or similar systems. β€’ Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - proven ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights. β€’ Strong modeling and analytical skills – comfort with complex segmentation analysis and workforce planning. β€’ Great collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment. β€’ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. β€’ Expertise in Excel.
