📋 Description

• Reviews and audits Travel and Entertainment (T&E) and Procurement (pCard) transactions for compliance with company expense policies. • Establishes, maintains, and refines audit rules within the expense system to effectively identify policy violations. • Applies established audit rules to flag suspicious or non-compliant expense transactions. • Takes action to notify appropriate personnel when policy violations or misuse is suspected. • Verifies transactions comply with standard operating procedures and applicable regulations. • Ensures compliance with all internal processes and policies. • Educates stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate card usage standards. • Partners with department management to report audit findings and/or process improvements. • Produces and distributes reports for management as required. • Maintains a daily log of transactions reviewed and audited. • Ensures invoices are posted in a timely manner. • Maintains a positive customer service experience in all interactions with cardholders, operations, procurement, and all other internal departments. • Performs and manages special projects and analysis. • Works with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance of established controls. • Assists with the administration of card program functions including new card issuance, changes to existing card holder limits, and MCC code permissions as needed. • Assists with the process of turning off cards held by terminated employees. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (preferred) • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, including electronic processing.
