• You manage international financial flows, foreign accounts and currencies, and ensure accounting integrity. • You organize bookkeeping and prepare financial statements. • You operationally lead HR functions (payroll, employment contracts). • You introduce modern IT tools for finance and HR to fully automate manual processes. • You enforce deadlines and commercial structures consistently.
