β’ Significant experience in the commercial auto/fleet claims market in a business development, sales, or account management role β’ Proven track record of developing and maintaining senior client relationships, with a focus on driving new revenue growth β’ Strong ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level β’ In-depth understanding of the P&C insurance, claims, and TPA market landscape in the US β’ Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) β’ Highly motivated and results-oriented individual β’ Willingness to travel as needed
