Description

• Are you a motivated visionary with experience taking digital products in the P&C insurance industry to the next level? • Responsible for creating product roadmaps for both new and existing products • Ensure Product vision and features align with client’s core needs and solve market pain points • Continuously refine and adapt the strategy based on market dynamics • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of total work experience preferably within consulting, outsourcing, insurance or other related field • 5 years' experience in product development/product management. • Experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) • P&C insurance industry experience highly preferred • Experience with accounting/billing products preferred • The ability to interpret customer needs and apply them to existing or new products • Master problem solving & listening skills • Intellectual curiosity and the drive to learn everything about a new concept or idea • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills at all levels
